I have been in the real estate and mortgage industry for over 30 years, running my own real estate firm in the 1980s and joining the mortgage industry in 1989. I have brokered real estate, managed rental property, developed raw land and renovated numerous properties. I have individually originated over 3500 residential mortgage loans and my business sources are exclusively referral-based through realtors, previous customers, business associates, CPAs and many other business people.
